Technical Consultant

Deft Consulting is seeking a Technical Consultant to help build our emerging Bizagi practice. This role would work alongside our partners at Bizagi to learn this technology while leveraging our company's proven success and expertise in the low-code space. This role would then gain hands-on experience working with new customers. We are looking for someone who has an entrepreneurial mindset and is excited for the challenge of helping build this practice at our company.

Responsibilities:

• Become a Bizagi platform expert with hands-on technical and functional knowledge
• Work closely with our Bizagi partner team and customers to transform client requirements into automated solutions using the Bizagi platform
• Design, implement, and demonstrate solutions with Bizagi software to clients
• Establish and implement metrics to optimize team delivery and measure business value
• Lead implementations from a technical perspective
• Mentor and train other team members
• Create technical documentation
• Adhere to existing and document new Bizagi best practices

Required Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience implementing enterprise software
• BS in Computer Science or related field
• Experience with Agile software development life cycle
• Clear communication skills and ability to interface directly with clients
• Experience in cross-functional roles within the development life cycle
• Passion for technology and innovation
• Goal oriented with motivation to learn and excel
• Experience with process modeling & data modeling
• Experience developing enterprise level applications with other low code tools such as Appian, ServiceNow, Microsoft, Mendix, etc.
• US Citizenship required due to federal contract requirements
• Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance

Preferred Experience

• 1+ years Bizagi development experience
• Project lead experience with another low code technology
